# エラー:"Not Authenticated" (9); "No iCloud account is configured"

このエラーの原因は、Apple IDの設定を更新または再ログインする必要があるためです。

### Apple IDの設定を更新

1.iPhoneの \[設定] アプリを起動し、\[Apple ID 設定をアップデート] の項目が表示されているかを確認

2\. 表示されている場合は、「Apple ID設定をアップデート」をタップする

3.「続ける」をタップする

4.Apple IDの「パスワード」を入力し、サインインする

\[Apple ID 設定をアップデート] の項目がない場合は、、**Apple IDを一旦サインアウトして再ログインしてみてください。**

### サインアウトして再ログインする <a href="#iphone" id="iphone"></a>

1. 「設定」>「\[ユーザ名]」の順に選択します。
2. 一番下までスクロールします。\

3. 「サインアウト」をタップします。<br>
4. Apple ID のパスワードを入力して、「オフにする」をタップします。Apple ID のパスワードを忘れた場合は、[こちらの記事](https://support.apple.com/ja-jp/HT201487)を参照してください。
5. デバイスにコピーを残しておきたいデータをオンにしておきます。
6. 「サインアウト」をタップします。
7. もう一度「サインアウト」をタップし、iCloud からサインアウトすることを確定します。

再ログインしてもダメでしたら、 iPhoneを１回再起動してみてください。
